Reflexology sessions are one hour.
A typical session lasts one hour. There is no messy oils and no need to undress. A client removes their socks and shoes and lays on a massage table or zero gravity chair for the entire session. Treatments are deeply relaxing and sleep is often induced. Sessions may combine foot and hand, hand and ear, or foot and ear with accpressure to these areas allowing for the release of congestion along the body's pathways. Sessions frequently increase in pressure and sometimes length as the individual finds more balance and experiences less sensitivity to accupressure of the various reflexes.
